At the moment, we only support Harvest. However, there are other platforms that we’re slated to roll out, if you have another time tracking tool you would like available on Metricfuel, shoot us an email and we’ll confirm availability to your system and support a complimentary onboarding. 

We can definitely make adjustments to your individual instance of Metricfuel. If there’s a report or data point you’d like that’s not included in our current reports, shoot us an email and we’ll see if we can accommodate your request. 

Our simple approach to pricing and commitments makes it easy for companies to try the platform with very little risk. If you decide to not continue, your card won’t be billed again. Refunds are not provided in this instance. If you feel a refund is in order for some reason, we’ll consider on a case-by-case basis, just shoot us an email.
